Nataša Nikčević Nataša Nikčević (art historian, commissioner and curator of the Montenegrin pavilion)

Born in Nikšić in 1965. Lives and works in Podgorica, Montenegro. Graduated from University of Belgrade’s Faculty of Philosophy, Department of Art History. Has written exhibition reviews and interviews with artists for the daily newspaper Pobjeda, the Montenegrin Literary Paper and the weekly newspaper Monitor. She has been an editor for the first Montenegrin journal of contemporary art, ART Central. Author of various introductions to the catalogues of Montenegrin artists of different generations, in 1991, she collaborated on the Cetinje International Biennial of Contemporary Art, Cetinje, Montenegro. She is also vice-president of the Association of Art Historians of Montenegro and board member of the Department of Arts of the Montenegrin Academy for Sciences and Arts.
